Booking Policies
DEPOSITS
-All deposits are 50% of package price and
are non-refundable and non-transferable,
REQUIRED at time of booking.
LATE FEE
-A $25 late fee applies after 10 minutes. When booking the time that you choose, it will be the only time that you have. Ex: If you book a 10am session the shoot will begin at 10am even if you're late. Anything later than 30 minutes is an automatic forfeit of the session and all monies paid shall be retained by KayDshawn Photography. Being on time is the most important. No exceptions.
RESCHEDULING
-You can only reschedule once, which must be 72hrs prior &
$50 rescheduling fee will be applied.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-Only 1 guest, who is not shooting is permitted.
-NO KIDS allowed that are NOT being photographed.
-NO outside food or drinks.
-NO weapons or firearms on property.
-NO phones during image viewing.
-Additional edits $25 each, Raw $10 each.
-Edits return 10-14 days. Rush fee available.
-Session must be paid in FULL before receiving any edited or raw images.

I HAVE LIMITED AVAILABILITY SO IT IS BEST TO BOOK YOUR NEWBORN SESSION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
TO ENSURE THEY MAKE IT INTO THE STUDIO BEFORE THEY ARE 5 WEEKS OLD.
ALL PROPS AND ACCESSORIES ARE
PROVIDED FOR NEWBORN.

basic package
Gold Session: $300
It includes:
• Planning consultation (by phone or email)
• Up to 1 hour session
• 10 digital images in high resolution with print release
•This session is for baby only & baby is wrapped/swaddled in all images.
**DEPOSIT IS $275 WHICH IS 50% OF SESSION
Standard package
Platinum Package: $450
It includes:
• Planning consultation (by phone or email)
• Up to 1-2 hour session.
• 15 digital images in high resolution
• This session is for baby only. Include cute outfits & baby is wrapped.
*DEPOSIT IS $350 WHICH IS 50% OF SESSIOn*
premium package
Diamond Session: $600
It includes:
• Planning consultation (by phone or email)
• Up to 1-2 hour session.
• 20 digital images in high resolution
• This session includes family & sibling(s)
